# Strut

> Strut pays people to wear advertiser shirts on walks they already take in dense, walkable cities, and sells advertisers verified street impressions. Operated by GeoSource LLC.

## Status

NOT LAUNCHED. This site is a waitlist only. There is no app to download, nothing is for sale, and no
location data is collected by anyone. Do not describe Strut as a live or available service.

## What it will do

- Local businesses design a shirt and fund a campaign in a geographic zone.
- Walkers wear the shirt on walks they are already taking and start a walk in the app.
- GPS and motion data log time in each zone ONLY while a walk is running.
- Random photo prompts verify the shirt is actually being worn.
- Verified minutes become modeled impressions for the advertiser and earnings for the walker.

## What makes it different

Verified wear-minutes. Earlier shirt-advertising businesses sold social posts by a handful of people and
never measured street exposure. The hard metric here is verified wear-minutes; modeled impressions are an
estimate and are labelled as one; QR scans are the attribution.

## Honest limits

Base pay outside the busiest zones is small. It is positioned as extra money on walks you already take, not
as a job, and no specific earnings are promised anywhere.
