Refunds and Cancellation

Effective October 10, 2026.

Strut does not sell anything, and it cannot take your money. There is no checkout, no card form, no payment processor connected, and no subscription. So there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.

1. Why this page exists anyway

Because a site that mentions money should say where it stands on money, and because a Terms page that links to a Refunds page which 404s is worse than no page at all. This is the honest version: there is nothing here yet.

2. Leaving the waitlist

The only thing you have given us is your email address, and you can take it back at any time through the contact form. We delete the record and reply to confirm. It costs nothing and there is no notice period, because there is nothing to give notice of.

3. When this changes

When Strut starts charging advertisers, this page is replaced with a real refund and cancellation policy: the window, how to cancel, what happens to money already spent on a running campaign, and how disputes are handled. It will be published before the first payment is taken, not after.

Walkers are never charged anything. Paying to wear an advertiser's shirt would be the wrong way round.
