Terms of Service

Effective October 10, 2026.

These terms cover this website only. Strut the app does not exist yet. Nothing here is a promise that it will launch, that it will launch where you live, or that you will be accepted as a walker or an advertiser. When the app ships, it will have its own terms covering walks, verification, earnings and payouts, and you will be asked to agree to them then.

1. Agreement

By using joinstrut.com or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing for a business, you confirm you are allowed to bind it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by GeoSource LLC. Contact us through the contact form.

3. What the site does today

It describes a product we intend to build and it collects waitlist signups. That is all. We may change what the site says, change the product plan, or stop the project entirely. If we stop, we will email the waitlist and delete it.

4. No earnings promise

This is the clause to read. Nothing on this site is an offer of work, a guarantee of income, or a representation that any particular amount can be earned. Figures used anywhere in our materials are planning assumptions, not results. If and when the app launches, what anyone earns will depend on where they walk, when, how much, and what advertisers are paying. It may be very little. It is intended as extra money on walks you already take, and it is not a job, not employment, and not a substitute for one.

5. Joining the waitlist

  • Give us details that are accurate and yours. Do not sign somebody else up.
  • One signup per person or business. Repeated submissions are rate limited.
  • Joining does not reserve a place, create an account, or create any obligation on either side.
  • You can leave at any time through the contact form.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • break the law with it, or use it to harass anyone;
  • submit someone else's details, or deliberately false details;
  • scrape, probe, overload, or try to get around rate limits;
  • attempt to access the admin area or any data that is not yours;
  • upload or send malware.

We may block access, without notice, to anyone doing these things.

7. Our intellectual property

The Strut name, the design of this site, its copy and its code belong to GeoSource LLC. The hero photograph is licensed from its photographer; see our credits. You may link to the site freely. You may not copy it and pass it off as your own.

8. Anything you send us

If you send us a message, an idea or a suggestion, we may act on it without owing you anything. We are not taking confidential information through a public contact form, so please do not send any.

9. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors. We will try, because a broken waitlist page helps nobody.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GeoSource LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Since this site is free and sells nothing, our total liability to you is limited to zero dollars, which is also what you have paid us.

11. Privacy

How we handle your details is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

12. Payments

There are none. See the Refunds page, which exists to say exactly that.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that is acceptance. A material change gets an email to the waitlist.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away rights your local law gives you.
